Description
School leadership today comes with a high level of responsibility and constant demands.
It’s easy to lose touch with yourself in the middle of it all.
This 3-day course is an invitation to pause, to breathe, to reconnect, to step back from the daily rush and focus on your own well-being and clarity in leadership.
It’s designed for school principals who want to lead from a place of presence and balance – not just push through.
Participants will learn how to manage their energy rather than just their time.
They will explore simple, body-based tools to recharge – breathwork, grounding exercises, short meditations – all rooted in science and easy to integrate into your daily life (and to share with the team).
Connecting body and mind, noticing what they actually feel, so they can show up clearer, calmer, and more connected, both at work and at home.
Every day includes space for silence, sharing, practice, and reflection. Participants will leave with tools to help them lead with clarity, to set healthy boundaries, and to not bring work stress into their evenings and weekends.
This isn’t just a time out – it’s a reset. Participants will return with more energy, fresh perspective, and a deeper connection to themselves, which is where all true leadership begins.
