Description
We should always keep in mind that teachers are evaluated not only for what they know and for their expertise in the specific field they teach, but also for the impact they have.
How they build trust, how they motivate and communicate with their students, and finally, how they contribute to school life.
That’s because their professional presence is shaped every day, and yet it is rarely addressed explicitly. We’re talking about the so-called “teacher personal brand”.
Whether they realize it or not, their “brand” is constantly formed by everyday actions, decisions, and interactions. Yet most teachers never learn how to shape it intentionally.
This course focuses exactly on professional identity as a practical resource for teachers.
Participants will explore what truly defines their teaching style, how values and personality influence their work, and how knowing how to highlight themselves can strengthen confidence, authority, and credibility in educational settings.
Throughout the week, participants will learn what makes them unique, how to naturally stand out, and how to develop into stronger and more self-assured leaders.
They will explore personal branding as a tool for authenticity, clarity, professional respect, and, most importantly, as self-awareness, not as self-promotion.
They will work with reflective and coaching-based tools, and they’ll gain first-hand experience in how tone, energy, communication style, and storytelling contribute to classroom presence and active leadership – both with students and colleagues.
Also, during the course, participants will be introduced to selected digital and AI-supported tools as practical support for reflection, planning, and professional well-being.
By the end of the course, participants will definitely feel more grounded in their professional identity.
They will have taken the first step towards creating their own Teacher’s Business Model, and they’ll leave with tools and concrete action plans to continue developing their teaching style and well-being, and to design career paths beyond the classroom and generate additional income streams.
