SEPARATED TO THE RIGHTEOUSNESS OF GOD BY FAITH

This interactive session is desigend to encourage networking, discussion and an exchange of ideas for teachers of Pre-K to Kindergarten students. It will provide an overview of learning styles, and also share how students should receive the most comprehensive, spiritual education experience for those God entrusts us to teach.

Congratulations! You've taken the first step in fulfilling the commandment of Jesus (Great Commission) in Matthew 28:19-20. This five-part series has a two-fold purpose: (1) to serve as an introductory course for new Bible School teachers; and (2) to serve as a refresher course for current teachers. Highlights include biblical characteristics of the Bible School teacher, characteristics and learning styles of students, organizational planning for instruction and classroom time and management skills.

FRIDAY 10:10 a.m.-11:30 a.m. - SESSION #2

THE STRUGGLE TO LIVE BY FAITH

After the establishment of the church on the day of Pentecost, the early Christians continued steadfastly in the Apostles doctrine. This session will focus on what we need to do today in the midst of so many falling away from the church, to have a commitment to continue.

Often we go to God in prayer requesting that our faith be increased. But the real issue is that our foundation is unstable. This workshop will focus on how to fix faulty foundations of faith.

It is an undeniable fact that same sex relationships are on the rise in our society. And it is also a fact that these relationships are making their way into the church. The design of this course is to help Christians have a strong enough faith to face the reality of this issue, and to have the faith to teach what thus saith the Lord.

We live in the age of technology. And the church certainly has been affected by the use of technology, to the degree that it is used in the bible classroom, sermons and singing. While technology has been very effective, this class is designed to show how to distinguish between the good, the bad, and the ugly.

What does it really mean to have faith? Numerous interpretations have been expounded upon for centuries. This class will focus on understanding the true meaning of faith.

The real truth is that Evangelism has taken a back seat in many of our churches. And for the most part, it is because of a lack of faith. This session will focus on having a faith fortified enough to go and tell the world about Jesus.

This workshop, designed for new teachers and those considering becoming teachers, will present the theory and practice of being an effective Bible teacher. It will include valuable, interactive practice in lesson preparation, presentation, and evaluation.

Prerequisite: NTB1

FRIDAY 1:40 p.m.-3:00 p.m. - SESSION #3

Scripture gives us the great commission, and that is to go into all the world and teach the gospel. But in order to accomplish this, faithful men of GOd have to take the forefront in leading the people of God in that effort. This session will focus on faithful men being on a mission to accomplish the will of God.

The world in which we live is flawed at best. And the challenge for Christian Women is remaining faithful to the Word in the midst of those flaws. This session is desigend to help Christian Women focus on being faithful to God and not succumb to the world's standards with all of its flaws.

THE STRENGTH I RECEIVE TO BE VICTORIOUS THROUGH FAITH

It is no secret that Satan has targeted the family for destruction. Because if he can get to the family, he can ultimately get to the church. This class is designed to help families who are on the verge of falling, to have the faith to continue to stand in spite of the constant attack from Satan.

Christian Singles face many challenges in today's society. Social media, television, music, and even the trends in fashion all suggest that you can do whatever you feel like doing and morality ends up taking a back seat. This course will focus on how to help Christian Singles remain faithful to God in the midst of chaos.

This class will focus on how to those those with special needs to have a fortified faith and glorify God.

Across the nation there is a growing trend in the decline of bible school attendance. And, in some areas, churches are doing away with bible school altogether. This class will focus on helping teachers to remain faithful even when it appears that those they are attempting to teach are becoming faithless

This workshop is desigend to guide High School Students in having a solid faith in God and not things of the world. It will provide teachers with age-specific teaching methods that can easily be implemented into the Bible School classroom. It will provide at least one hands-on teaching method activity that can be easily adapated into the Bible class.

Because we now have a better covenant, built on better promises, and a better Priest in Christ, the Christian ought to have a constancy of faith. This class will focus on a study of the book of Hebrews that will help us to firm up our foundation of faith, and embody it as we look at the examples of "Faiths Hall of Fame."

In this 4th session of the New Teacher Bootcamp, participants will be shown additional techniques and provided with additional resources to help them do their best to teach students how to be their best. It will include strategies and techniques for engaging (and guiding) students into higher levels of thinking and doing as it relates to Bible study, prayer, and spiritual growth.

Prerequisite: NTB1, NTB2, and NTB3

SATURDAY 10:10 a.m.-11:30 a.m. - SESSION #5

PRESENTING OURSELVES AS OFFERING IN FAITH

DISCUSSION PANEL: CLIMATE CHANGING DEVELOPMENTS: IS BAPTISM AND REBAPTISM A SCRIPTURE REQUIREMENT?

This workshop is designed to help even preschoolers to understand what it means to have faith. It will provide teachers with age-specific teaching methods that can easily be implemented into the Bible classroom. It will clearly identify some of the abilities, learning characteristics, and learning styles of students in this age group and then provide at least one hands-on teaching method activity that can be easily adapated into the Bible class.

This workshop is designed to guide grades 1-5 in having a solid faith in God and not things of the world. It will provide teachers with age-specific teaching methods that can easily be implemented into the Bible classroom. It will clearly identify some of the abilities, learning characteristics, and learning styles of students in this age group and then provide at least one hands-on teaching method activity that can be easily adapated into the Bible class.

IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT YOU TAKE PART I, TC-1 ON FRIDAY AT 10:10 A.M.

Society has created an atmosphere that basically says, "I want what I want and I want it now." An it's all about me kind of attitude. Sadly that attitude has found its way into the Church of our Lord. We attend worship for gratification and not glorification. This course will focus on how to guard against that spirit that seeks to gratify self instead of glorifying God.

It will provide at least one hands-on teaching method activity that can be easily adapated into the Bible class.
